Returns & Exchange Policy

Please note that all sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. To ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase, we encourage you to carefully review your order and reach out to us with any questions or concerns before completing your transaction. Our customer service team is here to assist you and provide any additional information you may need.

Faulty Items

DELIGHTS HOME AND GIFT will only accept product returns and provide a store credit,

exchange, repair, or refund under the following conditions:

• The product is faulty (not damaged in transit by Australia Post).
• You have contacted us to arrange the return of the faulty item within 7 days of receiving your delivery.
• You can present your DELIGHTS HOME AND GIFT invoice, receipt, or any other adequate proof of purchase.

Transit Damage

We ensure all items are packaged securely to minimize the risk of damage during transit. However, we cannot control how Australia Post or other carriers handle your parcel. If an item arrives damaged, you will need to provide photos of the original packaging and the damaged item(s). In such cases, you can lodge a claim with Australia Post for compensation up to $100, which is included in your postage charge. You will need to do this directly with Australia Post and use your photos and invoice to do this.

For items valued over $100, additional delivery insurance is recommended. Please email orders.delightshomeandgift@gmail.com before your order is sent, and we can provide a quote for this additional coverage.

Pre-Order Items

Please be aware that exchanges or returns for pre-order items are not permitted. We strongly recommend consulting our size guide and making your selection with care to ensure a perfect fit. If you have any questions or need further assistance, our customer service team is available to help you make an informed decision
